MoneyAGI Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MoneyAGI at www.moneyai.work and its apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use MoneyAGI

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed by the laws where you live to use AI trading tools and to trade crypto assets and derivatives. You are responsible for following those laws.

2. What the Service is

MoneyAGI is a software tool. It provides AI market analysis, strategy building and backtesting, and can place orders on exchange accounts that you connect with your own API keys. MoneyAGI is not a broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser, and it does not hold your trading funds.

3. Your account and API keys

• Keep your password and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• When you connect an exchange API key, you authorize MoneyAGI to read your balances and positions and to place, change and cancel orders according to the strategies, goals and settings you choose.
• Create API keys with trading permission only. Do not enable withdrawal permission.
• You can stop a strategy or remove an API key at any time.

4. Risks

Trading crypto assets and derivatives is high risk, and leverage can magnify losses. AI analysis, signals and backtest results can be wrong, are for reference only, and are not investment advice. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Orders may fail, be delayed or fill at different prices because of exchange, network or system issues. You are responsible for your trading decisions and their results.

5. Credits and fees

Some features use MoneyAGI credits (MAI). Prices and fees are shown in the app before you pay or use them. Exchange trading fees are charged by your exchange, not by MoneyAGI.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, manipulate markets, or use the Service for fraud or money laundering.
• Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the Service, or access other users' accounts.
• Do not upload content that infringes others' rights.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and brand, belongs to MoneyAGI. Strategies and content you create remain yours; you allow us to host and display them so the Service can work, including in the strategy market if you choose to publish them.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, MoneyAGI is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, exchanges, third-party services or market conditions.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or create legal or security risks.

10. Changes and contact
