This Privacy Policy explains how MoneyAGI, operated by OCEAN NOVA PTE. LTD., (“MoneyAGI”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the MoneyAGI website and apps at www.moneyai.work (the “Service”). MoneyAGI is an AI trading assistant: it provides AI market research, trading strategies with backtests, and automated trading on exchange accounts that you connect yourself.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Account information: your email address, password, user ID, any nickname, profile photo or phone number you choose to provide, the language you choose, and the invitation code you entered (if any).
Exchange API keys: if you connect an exchange account (OKX, Binance, Gate or BingX), the API key, secret and passphrase you enter. We use them only to read your balances and positions and to place, change or cancel the orders you authorize.
Your content: messages you send to the AI assistant, strategies you create, goals and settings you choose.
Support messages: what you send us when you contact support.

Information from Google (Sign in with Google)

If you choose “Sign in with Google”, Google shares your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture with us (scopes: openid, email, profile). See section 3.

Information collected automatically

Trading and usage records: orders, positions, strategy runs, backtests, credit (MAI) top-ups and spending, withdrawals of creator earnings, and features you use.
Device and log data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, time zone, approximate country derived from your IP address, and error logs.
Local storage: we store your sign-in token and preferences (such as language) in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

2. How we use information

To create your account, sign you in and keep your account secure.
To provide the Service: AI analysis, strategies, backtests, and placing the trades you authorize on your connected exchange account.
To show you your positions, results and records.
To set defaults such as language and region.
To provide support, send service notices, and prevent fraud and abuse.
To fix problems and improve the Service.
To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Google user data

What we access. When you use Sign in with Google, Google shares your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture with MoneyAGI. MoneyAGI does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service.

How we use it. We use your Google account ID and email address only to create your MoneyAGI account, link it to your Google account, and sign you in. If an account with the same email already exists, we sign you in to that account.

What we store. We store your Google account ID and email address. We do not store your name or profile picture.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent or transfer Google user data to anyone, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. We share it only when required by law.

Deletion. You can remove MoneyAGI's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete the Google account ID and email we stored, delete your MoneyAGI account or email us (section 9).

MoneyAGI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

Exchanges you connect (OKX, Binance, Gate, BingX): we send them the orders you authorize, using your API key.
AI model providers (for example xAI and DeepSeek, directly or through an API gateway): the messages you send to the AI and the market context needed to answer them. We do not send your password, API keys or Google user data to AI providers.
Web search providers (for example Exa and Jina): search queries the AI makes, such as a coin or stock name and a topic.
Infrastructure providers: cloud hosting (Alibaba Cloud, Hong Kong), network and security services, and email delivery.
Legal reasons: when required by law, a court order or a government request, or to protect the rights and safety of users and MoneyAGI.
Business transfers: if MoneyAGI is involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred, and this policy will continue to apply.

5. How long we keep information

We keep account information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except records we must keep longer by law (for example transaction records).

6. Security

Data is sent over HTTPS. Access to servers and databases is limited to authorized staff. Exchange API keys are used only to trade on your behalf; we recommend creating keys with trading permission only and never with withdrawal permission. No system is completely secure, so please also protect your password and your exchange account.

7. Your choices and rights

Access and update your account information in the app.
Remove a connected exchange API key at any time in the app, and revoke it on the exchange.
Delete your account, or ask us to delete your data, by emailing us.
Remove MoneyAGI's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

8. Children

The Service is for adults only (18 years or older). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers, changes and contact

Our servers are located in Hong Kong, and our service providers may process data in other countries. We protect your information as described in this policy wherever it is processed.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, notify you in the app.

10. Android components and account deletion requests

The MoneyAGI Android app uses the DCloud App engine (uni-app / 5+) supplied by Digital Paradise (Beijing) Network Technology Co., Ltd. This component supports app operation and may process device model, operating system, network type, IP address, language, time zone, device identifiers, app version, launch and performance data, crash reports and error logs for diagnostics and performance improvements. The exact scope depends on the engine version and system permissions. This information is not used for advertising. See the DCloud App Engine Privacy Policy. Camera and photo access is requested as needed for features such as scanning a code or selecting an image.

Delete your MoneyAGI account and associated data: email 6989713@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “MoneyAGI account and data deletion request”. You may also request deletion of specific data without closing your account; describe the data concerned. We may verify account ownership. Do not send passwords, verification codes or exchange API secrets. Following closure, personal information is deleted or anonymized within 30 days as described in section 5, except records such as transactions that must be retained by law. A request does not immediately stop trading or close positions: stop active strategies and revoke API access at your exchange first.

本政策说明由 OCEAN NOVA PTE. LTD. 运营的 MoneyAGI（以下称「我们」）在你使用 www.moneyai.work 网站和 App（以下称「服务」）时如何收集、使用、共享和保护信息。MoneyAGI 是一个 AI 交易助手，提供 AI 行情研究、带回测的交易策略，以及在你自己连接的交易所账户里自动交易。

1. 我们收集的信息

账号信息：邮箱、密码、用户 ID，以及你主动提供的昵称、头像或电话号码、你选的语言、填写的邀请码（如有）。
交易所 API Key：你连接欧易、币安、Gate、BingX 时填的 API Key、Secret 和 Passphrase，只用来读取余额和持仓、下你授权的单。
你的内容：发给 AI 的消息、你创建的策略、目标和设置。
来自谷歌的信息：使用「用谷歌登录」时，谷歌提供你的谷歌账号 ID、邮箱、名字和头像（权限范围：openid、email、profile），见第 3 条。
交易和使用记录：订单、持仓、策略运行、回测、算力（MAI）充值和消耗、创作者收益提现、使用的功能。
设备和日志：IP 地址、浏览器和设备类型、系统、时区、根据 IP 推断的大致国家、错误日志。
本地存储：在浏览器本地保存登录凭证和偏好（如语言），让你保持登录。我们不用广告 Cookie。

2. 我们如何使用信息

创建账号、登录和账号安全；
提供服务：AI 分析、策略、回测，以及在你连接的交易所账户下你授权的单；
展示你的持仓、结果和记录；设置语言、地区等默认项；
客服、服务通知、防范欺诈和滥用；修复问题、改进服务；履行法律义务。

我们不出售你的个人信息，也不用于第三方广告。

3. 谷歌用户数据

获取什么：使用「用谷歌登录」时，谷歌向 MoneyAGI 提供你的谷歌账号 ID、邮箱、名字和头像。我们不访问你的 Gmail、云端硬盘、通讯录、日历等任何其他谷歌服务。

怎么用：谷歌账号 ID 和邮箱只用来创建你的 MoneyAGI 账号、关联谷歌账号和登录。已有同一邮箱的账号时，直接登录该账号。

保存什么：只保存谷歌账号 ID 和邮箱，不保存名字和头像。

共享：不出售、不出租、不转让谷歌用户数据，不用于广告，不用于训练 AI 模型；仅在法律要求时提供。

删除：你可以随时在 myaccount.google.com/permissions 取消 MoneyAGI 的访问权限；要删除我们保存的谷歌账号 ID 和邮箱，可以注销 MoneyAGI 账号或发邮件给我们。

MoneyAGI 对从谷歌 API 获得的信息的使用和传输，遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy（包括 Limited Use 要求）。

4. 我们如何共享信息

你连接的交易所：用你的 API Key 发送你授权的订单。
AI 模型服务商（如 xAI、DeepSeek，直连或经 API 网关）：你发给 AI 的消息和回答所需的行情信息。不会发送你的密码、API Key 或谷歌用户数据。
联网搜索服务商（如 Exa、Jina）：AI 发起的搜索词，例如币种或股票名和话题。
基础设施服务商：云服务器（阿里云香港）、网络与安全服务、邮件发送。
法律原因：法律、法院命令或政府要求，或为保护用户和 MoneyAGI 的权益与安全。
业务转让：如发生合并或收购，信息可能随之转移，本政策继续适用。

5. 保存期限

账号存续期间保存账号信息。注销账号后 30 天内删除或匿名化你的个人信息，法律要求保留更久的记录（如交易记录）除外。

6. 安全

数据通过 HTTPS 传输，服务器和数据库只有授权人员能访问。交易所 API Key 只用于代你交易，建议只开交易权限、不开提币权限。没有绝对安全的系统，也请保护好你的密码和交易所账户。

7. 你的选择和权利

在 App 里查看和修改账号信息；
随时在 App 里删除已连接的 API Key，并在交易所撤销；
发邮件注销账号或要求删除数据；
在 myaccount.google.com/permissions 取消 MoneyAGI 对你谷歌账号的访问。

8. 未成年人

服务仅面向 18 岁及以上的成年人。我们不会有意收集未满 18 岁人士的信息；如发现，请联系我们删除。

9. 跨境、变更和联系方式

我们的服务器位于香港，服务商可能在其他国家处理数据，无论在哪里处理，都按本政策保护。本政策变更时会更新顶部日期，重要变更会在 App 内通知。

10. Android App 组件与账号删除申请

MoneyAGI Android App 使用数字天堂（北京）网络技术有限公司提供的 DCloud App 引擎（uni-app / 5+）。该组件为 App 提供运行支持，可能处理设备型号、操作系统、网络类型、IP 地址、语言、时区、设备标识信息，以及应用版本、启动和性能数据、崩溃及错误日志，用于故障诊断和性能改进；具体范围受引擎版本和系统权限限制。这些信息不用于广告。详情请参阅 DCloud App 引擎隐私政策。相机和相册功能仅在你使用扫码或选择图片等相关功能时按需调用。

删除 MoneyAGI 账号及关联数据：请从注册邮箱发送邮件至 6989713@gmail.com，邮件主题注明“MoneyAGI 账号及数据删除申请”。也可申请删除特定数据而保留账号，并说明数据范围。我们可能要求核实账号归属，请勿发送密码、验证码或交易所 API 密钥。注销后按本政策第 5 条在 30 天内删除或匿名化个人信息，依法需要保留的交易等记录除外。提交申请不会立即停止交易或平仓；请先停止运行中的策略，并在交易所撤销 API 权限。
